How to apply

Apply on eCitizen
Complete the passport application on the eCitizen portal and pay the fee.
- Step 2
Book an appointment
Schedule a biometric capture appointment at the Mission.
- Step 3
Submit & capture biometrics
Attend in person with your documents for verification and fingerprints.
- Step 4
Collect your passport
Collect the new passport once notified, or opt for courier delivery.

- Original birth certificate and national ID
- Two recent passport-size photographs
- Proof of residence in the host country
