Consultancy services to develop a 5-year ICT modernisation roadmap covering core systems, cybersecurity posture, and digital service delivery.

The Ministry seeks a qualified consultancy to assess the current ICT landscape and produce a costed 5-year modernisation roadmap aligned with the National Digital Master Plan.

Deliverables: Inception report, current-state assessment, target architecture, prioritised roadmap with budget, change-management plan.

Eligibility: Firms with documented public-sector digital transformation engagements. Lead consultant must hold PMP or equivalent.
